Umbrella gallery, N.Y.C. National competition acceptance. Juror Harvey Stein.


I am honored to have one one of my photographs selected by juror Harvey Stein to be included in a group exhibition at Umbrella Gallery in New York City.
This was a national competition with 1235 images submitted and 48 works were chosen.
The photograph selected "Mailboxes, Chinatown, San Francisco", a gelatin Silver photograph will also be included in a published book that will be for sale at the gallery.
The exhibition is scheduled to open Thursday May 3rd, 2012 with a reception held on Wednesday May 9th from 6-8PM.At 317 East 9th St. New York City.

Staten Island Museum acquisitions.



I am honored to have two gelatin silver photographs from my Staten Island Ferry series acquired by the Staten Island Museum for their permanent collection.
Founded in 1881 and home to more than two million artifacts and specimens from ancient to contemporary periods, this “mini-Smithsonian” is rich with arts, natural sciences and local history.
